An operations dashboard concept that brings projects, tasks and scheduling into one place for small teams.

Small teams often run on a patchwork of spreadsheets and chat threads, so status is hard to see and work is duplicated.

We mapped day-to-day tasks first, then designed a focused interface with only the views the team uses every day.
